To qualify for a full or partial refund, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of your payment.

Once the company initiates work on your project, a full refund cannot be requested. However, you may submit a refund request, and the company will evaluate the work completed, charging accordingly. This includes time spent on communication, billed at the standard company rate, with the remaining balance refunded.

If no refund request is made within 7 calendar days (including holidays) from the payment date, eSaviour Limited reserves the right to charge in full. The company also retains full funds if the strategy and plan have been shared with the client and can potentially be utilized by other companies, resulting in damage to eSaviour Limited.

The success of the work is influenced by various factors beyond our guarantee. While we are committed to delivering our best service, we do not assure sales, as buyer decisions are external toeSaviour Limited.

Refund requests may be initiated for internal client reasons, but once the service is delivered, no refund requests will be accommodated.

All refund requests undergo manual review and approval, with a 90-day security hold period. Approved funds will be released after this security period.
