Payment
You agree to pay the price for the services of eSaviour you access as stated on our website or listed on the agreement completed by you.
The payment for our services has to be completed on the agreed-upon schedule.
You agree to start completing the payment upon the execution of our agreement.
We reserve the right to stop our services to you until payment is made.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our services at any time. However, you will be guaranteed the application of your prices in force on the day of order irrespective of the price change after.

Billing Terms
(a) You hereby grant permission for eSaviour to charge your credit, debit card or bank account on file according to the price and schedule listed on the agreement or proposal for the amount agreed upon in the agreement.
(b) If the invoiced budget is a one-time charge then no monthly charge will apply. Monthly payments will be put on auto-bill and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file (or invoiced) on the same day every month as the first payment date made.
(c) You will be billed upfront in case of monthly services.
(d) If collection activities become necessary, you agree to pay all the fees relating to the said collection activities.
(e) We reserve the right to add a late fee of 5% per month on outstanding invoices at least one month past due.
Refund Policies
(a) We reserve the right to provide refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to our sole discretion.
(b) Refunds will not be provided for services that have been substantially consumed or where the usage is evident.
Order
(a) Your orders will be placed once you click on the “Buy” button on our website in terms of online purchase or sign on our agreement for a specific service(s).

(e) If our services are unavailable or a technical error presents itself after your order was placed, we take the responsibility to reimburse you or refund you within 30 days of the first payment date.

(a) Any publicly unavailable information exchanged between you and eSaviour Limited will be considered confidential and any breach of this may result in the termination of our contract and further consequences.
9.(b) We are contractually obligated to refrain from sharing any confidential information on you or your business with any third party other than when necessary by need of resources or law enforcement.
Indemnification
(a) You agree to protect and indemnify eSaviour Limited from any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses and claims arising out of or in connection to your use of our services at any time after the agreement has been signed. You are liable for any legal costs or settlements resulting from claims against us due to your breach of our terms and conditions.

(c) Should the services consumed before the effective date of updated terms and conditions continue past the effective date and a considerable date set by our providers, you are obliged to accept the revised terms for a sustained period of usage.
Termination
(a) Either party can call for a termination of the services by notifying the other. Citing a legitimate reason for termination is optional but your refund is contingent upon discussion with our sellers.
